Scheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so as far in advance as possible using your confirmation email or by contacting Grobundance directly.

Grobundance reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.

Meeting Format

Grobundance Strategy Sessions may be conducted virtually, by telephone, or in person, depending on the nature of the appointment, client preference, availability, and mutual agreement.

Meeting details and instructions will be provided in your appointment confirmation whenever applicable..

Recording Policy

Grobundance Strategy Sessions are not routinely recorded.

However if a session is ever recorded for educational, training, or quality assurance purposes, your permission will be requested in advance.

Confidentiality

We strive to create a respectful and confidential environment for every conversation.

Information you voluntarily share during your session will be handled in accordance with the Grobundance Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability
