Educational Purpose

Growth Sessions are educational conversations designed to provide general financial education, personal growth insights, and information intended to help individuals make more informed decisions. The information shared is for educational purposes only and should not be considered individualized legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

No Client Relationship

Registering for or attending a Growth Session does not create a client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with Grobundance. Any recommendations specific to your individual circumstances will only be provided through a separate consultation or professional engagement.

Participation

Participation is completely voluntary. You are responsible for evaluating the information presented and determining what may or may not be appropriate for your personal situation.

Session Recording

Growth Sessions may be recorded for educational, training, marketing, or quality improvement purposes. By registering for and participating in a Growth Session, you acknowledge that recording may occur.

Any recordings shared publicly will not intentionally disclose participants' personal information without permission.

Communications

By registering, you consent to receive confirmations, reminders, Zoom information, schedule changes, and other communications related to the Growth Session for which you registered.

If you separately opt in to receive marketing communications, you may also receive occasional updates regarding future Growth Sessions, educational resources, workshops, community events, and other opportunities offered by Grobundance. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

Session Changes

Grobundance reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel any Growth Session when necessary.

Intellectual Property

All Growth Session presentations, workbooks, educational materials, recordings, graphics, and related content remain the intellectual property of Grobundance and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grobundance is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the educational information shared during Growth Sessions. Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice specific to their individual circumstances before making financial, legal, tax, or investment decisions.
